Ally Auto – You can defer your payment for up to 120 days – they won’t charge any late fees, but finance charges will still accrue for non-lease accounts. Save yourself time, and log in to your account to defer your payment online. If you choose to defer, make sure to cancel Auto Pay, scheduled one-time payments or any online bill payment services through your bank. You can also call them if you need payment assistance, but keep in mind they’re experiencing longer call wait times.

Audi Financial Services – We’re here to help you manage and make changes to your account to address changes in your financial situation. Due to high call volumes, however, we highly recommend you please log in and view your options here. Chrysler Capital – We are committed to doing everything we can to help our customers in our communities that might be affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We understand hardships may arise and are prepared to assist you. If you need help or have questions regarding your Chrysler Capital account, you can reach us by phone at 855-563-5635. However, we also ask for your patience as higher than normal call volumes may result in longer wait times. We will get to your call as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, please continue to use our self-service payment options through MyAccount.

GM Financial

  • Lease Customers – Unfortunately, payment deferments are not available on lease contracts. However, you can make a late payment without incurring a late charge for payments due March 1 through April 30 (if it’s within 30 days of the original due date) and we will automatically waive the late fee. There is no need to contact us further, we will automatically waive that fee. Additionally, we will not report that payment as a derogatory payment to the credit bureaus if it is paid within 30 days, so there would be no need to contact us further. However, you will need to contact us if your payment is going to be more than 30 days late. We are here to discuss options with you.
  • Retail Customers – On a retail contract (APR or loan), a payment deferment is a tool that is available to assist customers who are having difficulties making their scheduled payment. However, it is not the only way GM Financial can help customers experiencing financial hardship and for many, other steps that can be taken are better. While very effective at addressing immediate payment concerns, deferments often result in greater increased overall interest costs as the daily accrual of interest continues to occur during the deferred period. This will likely result in a higher final payment due at the end of your contract. If you feel that you will not be able to make your payment before the next month’s payment is due, please allow us to explore all possible alternatives with you. If a deferment is the best solution, we can explore that option if available. Learn more about simple interest and the financial impact of late or deferred payments.

Hyundai Motor Finance – Customers who are caring for themselves or a member of their household and are temporarily unable to work or suffer a job loss as a result of the current global health crisis may be eligible for a payment deferral. Please contact us at 1-800-523-4030. Please note that, due to the current situation, we are experiencing unusually high call volume and longer than normal wait times. We appreciate your patience as we work to quickly address customer concerns.

Lexus Financial Services – We’re here to help. If you are a current LFS customer affected by COVID-19 and would like to discuss payment relief please contact us. You may also call us at 800.874.7050, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., but wait times may be longer than usual.
